Property purchase from €300,000

Purchase of a new property directly from a developer (first sale) in Cyprus — apartment, house or villa — for a minimum price of €300,000 + VAT.

Secured annual income

Proof of a secured annual income of at least €50,000 (plus €15,000 for a spouse and €10,000 per minor child).

No employment in Cyprus

The main applicant and spouse may not be employed in Cyprus. Dividend income from a Cypriot company is permitted.

Full documentation
